Acupuncture/Massage/Chinese Dietetics
and Nutrition Therapy

I’m a licensed acupuncturist, Thai Massage practitioner and nutritional therapist according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. My interest for natural therapies had already begun in childhood while picking up herbs with my grandmother. Being witness to how herbal remedies are helpful in many serious health problems I started exploring natural medicine on my own. In 2008, I traveled to Thailand to learn Thai massage and successfully completed Thai Massage Professional and teacher training, Thai Foot and Thai Table Massage training. I have been working since as a massage therapist. In 2017, I graduated from Shenzhou Open University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the field of Acupuncture and completed a one year intensive course of Foundation of Western Medicine (2018). In addition, I hold a Master Degree in Arts and Culture from Wroclaw University in Poland and a Bachelor Degree in Art therapy. I’m very interested in psychology and astrology. I love yoga, traveling, cooking and good wine. I believe that enjoyment of life is the best way to health. In my free time you will find me spending time with my family or bushwalking, exploring museums or art exhibitions.

I work according to Traditional Chinese medicine principles where various factors are considered for the diagnosis. I take pulse, tongue diagnosis and look at the general appearance of the client. I also consider one’s lifestyle, diet and mental state before I start the treatment. The length of the treatment depends on the condition. It can vary from 3 treatments to 10 or even more if the problem is chronic. The diagnosis is individual and confidential. Ethical approach is crucial for me as practitioner and I take very seriously confidentiality and privacy of my clients. If I encounter a diagnosis that is outside of my field I’m happy to refer my client (If there is a wish) to another suitable professional. More information about my work you will find further on the website.
